Frequently Asked Questions

PartyPainter is a new and innovative business and with any new business comes a lot of questions. We have provided the most asked questions for you to look over. We love to talk to new people, so if you have another question or want more clarification, or heck if you just want to talk to us then contact us today.

Question: What if I cannot paint a stick person? Can I still do one of your shows and come out with something people will be impressed by?

Easily our most frequently asked question is this one. Let me give you a little insight into how we test our paintings. Before a painting is offered on our web site, we get a test group of painters. Some of the painters have experience with us and some cannot draw at all. If the painting does not work with this test group, then it does not end up on our web site. We have had Hundreds of satisfied PartyPainters so far and the best part is we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee!

Question: Do you come to our home or do we go somewhere?

We will travel to your home with all the supplies needed for your party. We just ask you give us the number of people attending so we can bring enough supplies for everyone. You can add people right up until the last minute as long as you call us so we can have enough supplies for everyone.

Question: How far away will you do a party?

The distance we go is based on a case by case basis. If a party is big enough, we will travel further, but currently we can cover central and southern Maine. Just call us to find out if we can do a party in your area. Special arrangements can be made in many cases, including out of state business retreats or parties. Just contact us to find out how to schedule your party.

Question: Do we need to bring anything for the party/retreat?

PartyPainter will provide all the supplies. We bring the paints, paper, frames, and mats for you to leave the party with your own work of art.

Question: How many people do I need for a party?

This varies depending on how far you are from one of our apprentices. If parties are close by, we will attend for as few as 2-3 people. Typically if a party requires travel, we like to have 6-7 people at a minimum. If you have 6 guests the hostess gets a free class, mat, and frame. We also have another option for small groups in the next question.

Question: What if I want to paint, but I do not want to host a party?

Recently we partnered with the beautiful Brunswick Inn to host parties for PartyPainter. If you contact us, we can sign you up for one of these sessions. Other options also exist if you would like to attend a party, but not host one. We always have parties scheduled, where you could attend. From time to time we also host them ourselves and if you wanted to join we can put you on our email list.

Question: What is the largest group you could handle?

We have had this question from businesses who want us to do a retreat or conference group and for some large families. Currently we can handle a group of up to 50 people with all our apprentices in attendance. We may be able to have even larger groups in the future, but we never want to over extend ourselves to the point where every single person would not be 100% satisfied with their work.

Question: I have a conference in Florida, could you come and do a session for us there?

Sign us up! Yes, we can do sessions for conferences or retreats if travel expenses are taken care of. Just call or email us and we can discuss what would need to happen for us to come to your event.

Question: What times are available for the parties?

We are available to start parties from 9AM until 9PM seven days a week.
